There are lots of fitness programs. Why is this different?
Because it doesn’t throw a lot of workout routines at you and leave you to muddle through them on your own. Our program is designed by one of the top trainers in the Australia and it will take you sequentially through a series of workouts, 25 minutes at a time. It will guide you step by step from basic to advanced fitness and strength levels. Add in yoga, Pilates delicious recipes and much more and you will find that BBeyond is very different to other programs.
I’m not at all fit at the moment. Will I be able to use this program?
Absolutely! The program is designed to cater for all levels of fitness. As the workouts take you progressively to higher fitness levels, each individual workout can be modified to take into account different fitness levels.
Yes, you can take up where you left off. Just log back in and we’re ready for you. And because each completed session is added to your “library” you can revisit previous workouts if you need to regain some of the fitness you may have lost whilst you were away. The other very important feature of our program, is that you have access until you finish the workouts you’ve subscribed to.

I don’t have any training equipment. Can I still do the program?
The program is designed with very little reliance on “equipment”. Where needed, you will be able to find an alternative in your home.
